Clinton prospered on the foundation laid by Reagan. As for debt, read the Constitution. The fault lies at the feet of the Dem Congress....particularly the House of Reps....

Actually, Clinton's economy looked like a continuation of the Reagan economy until about the time that the Republicans took over the Congress. Coincidence? Maybe, but I doubt it.....
