The concrete can be poured in one day...the 4plex prefab can begin installation that day...finished the next...you can be renting by the end of week....give me a call!

...you don't need a large lot.

I did 2 such foundations in Tulsa 15yrs ago...I was truly impressed as the first floor was completed that evening....I think it can be repeated...as they continued to do. That was the fast construction job I've ever been apart of...even beating anything I've done in Vegas!

May be too late for that, at least out here.

My son is at Berkeley, certainly one of the hardest towns on the planet for student housing, and we were overjoyed last July when he & a roomate found a place to rent for the current school year (I had actually looked into buying a condo conversion...). Last week they got a call from their landlord offering to waive the rent during the summer and knock $100/month off the rent if they would sign up to take the place through the next academic year. How things have changed....
