The Repub Congress elected in 1992 put the country's house in financial order. Clinton had little to do with it...

No I don't believe that. I believe the democrats are better at managing the economy. Or at least managing it better for people like myself. I'm sure if I was an oil man, or a defense contractor or someone who can profit by fewer environmental controls, then I'd see things differently.
