Bullish percentages are the percent of stocks in a category that are on a P&F buy signal. At their extremes, bullish percentages are good sentiment indicators. High numbers usually indicate that you are getting near levels when everyone who wants to buy, has bought. And at low levels, everyone who wants to sell, has sold. We are currently at mid-levels, but with a bearish bias. Basically, we need to head further down on the BPs to get a washout.
