The target group would be those who describe their pregnancies as problems, therefore in need of the option of abortion. Statistics indicate that would not be married white folk. Can't you even speculate, demographically speaking, given the above information?. You can easily speculate about Ashcroft or Bush with a mere phrase taken out of context. In fact you can speculate about Cheney and not even know where he is or what he is doing. What does your information on abortions or vasectomies say? Or you can speculate, ...your choice.
