That is a nice chart Tom...thxs.

It's interesting also if you expand that out to the '98 lows you'll see how low the BP%'s went back then...17.50 or so, and you are able to draw out the big H/S too that measures to about 850-900 or so.

I think every weekly chart should at least include the 1998 lows as a reference point.

The COMPQ is sitting RIGHT ON the neckline now...the 2nd test. I'd love to see one more bounce, and a failed third retest to breakthrough the neckline... i think it's interesting that the majority of the Index Sept '01 lows didn't show as much selling on a bullish % basis as the 1998 lows.
