I agree with you....abortions should be paid for with private funds. For those who would argue that
only well to do women could afford them.....there must afterall be incentives to prevent an irresponsible
person from using abortion as birth control. I believe also, however, that both parties responsible for
the pregnancy should be legally responsible for payment of the medical bills.
