Once again with the little propaganda website. Here's some detail... Your assignment is to write it on the board 3000 times and be sure it is committed to memory before you return to class tomorrow. Economic expansion caused increased tax revenues which resulted in debt reduction and lower deficits... add the peace dividend to this and your coupon cutting momma could have been president and shown the same results (probably better).
