I'm not sure if this attack on Iraq is going to happen, since the country is virtually land-locked and none of its neighbors seem keen on hosting a US force. The Saudis in particular have already said no, and I don't see Syria, Iran or Jordan saying yes. That leaves Kuwait and Turkey. If they both say no then an attack is out of the question.
