Agree with you, Scott...BUT the more startling thought might be...."what if they DIDN'T break any laws...."

What if Arthur Andersen and Enron's legal firm/s who were supposed to be guiding them legally, weren't? Were there too many lawyers and too many laws?

And yes, the Global Crossing mess is going to be another.........mess!
