Interesting you bring up Chuck Hill at First Call. I brought up the same guy not too long ago with this same premise... markets take off when they are basicly reporting flat or no growth but the expectation of 12 - 18 months out show improved earnings visibility and markets tend to increase 20% or more during these times looking forward. The market show moving higher has already commenced.

Looking very ugly right now, if we close like this or worse the rydex ratio may be taking another trip to visit 19... Points out again my idea that maybe it just isn't safe to really jump in strongly until we see it break out of this range to below 15.
