I talked to a buyers agent in Pacific Palisades yesterday...and he told me that the LA market topped out about 6 months ago. He still generally thinks that the housing market will appreciate, just at a much slower rate.

But...he also told me that people that bought at the last top in the early 1990's are just now at the "break even" level. I wonder if that will spur more selling.
