We have the Jarvis act here so people living in 1M++ houses can be paying 800 in taxes.

More thoughts?

Other thoughts many parents have refinanced their houses so the children have down payment for theirs. Kids have now the tax relief on the mortgage but the debt is silent to the parents. The result is that you have to have wage inflation for the debt to be serviced as it is now subsurface as well as surface. Add to that any 401 K problem and it is big headache. Here in Ca the problem of how to purchase a house is extensive the solutions I feel are coming very close to an Enron as they silently wait to explode when property implodes.
