Tommaso,

Don't know what the USU folks are going to end up with when it is all over. They were given a bloated bureaucratic business on the spin-off from the government. They have an opportunity to make a lean and mean operation and seem to be going down the road to doing this. They also have a nice revenue stream from the EPA. Do like the monopolistic characteristics of their business.
