Cyclicals are leading this rally higher. Networking has bottomed and leading another charge out of a deep hole. Tech will play caboose and overtake in the next hard leg up.

CSCO is in the middle of everything internet, networking and tech related.

I don't question its high P/E and accounting "window dressing", but I would venture to say most all companies do this in one form or another to greater or lesser degree.

The market leads..exactly. It has sold off from Dec. because it has ALREADY seen something ELSE in the FUTURE fundamentals. The technicals are showing that the market sees/has seen something else but not necessarily what it sees. My guess? profits, accounting changes, investor sentiment going forward, etc.
