Time Domain is currently closing round three of fund raising and the third generation chipset is due this summer from IBM. IBM is a partner along with Siemens, Marconi, World Com, Sony, Qwest + venture capital groups. The rumor is that in the next 12 months they will be bought before they can go public. The technology is solid but they need a lot of cash to carry it to the next level, with the FCC ruling that should no longer be a problem and these gys will probably cash out for a couple of billion dollars.
