They could keep those 000's of hard working smart people and just get rid of the sleeping fatheads at the top with their millions of options, who walked the co blind right into this recession - they'd be a lot better off, no?

Why are you folks so afraid of meaningful change at CSCO? Firing low-level people solves no problems whatsoever, no matter how many are fired.
