Dave - take US$4.8 (or 4.70 ish on horizontal support) as short term bottom on less than 12% dilution.
Wait for PoS to near US$5.5 within 2 months as TA suggests.
(or 3.3, the bearish alternative).

This offering is not a huge surprise. We didn't want the company to run out of cash. And the timing is good, given the general uptrend. It hurt a bit to see shares issued at $3; $4.80 is a lot more palatable.

This will share out a few folks who margined up at $5.01, but perhaps they were a bit premature.

I'm sure we're all diversified, and as you can see SSRI held up just fine today.

I'm encouraged.
