Art, how do you expect that to happen while PCS is saddled with $17BB in debt? AWE only has $3BB.

This is a key point. I was in Beijing last week and I asked these specific questions of people who would have a knowledgeable opinion. The answer that I got was that the prices were the same and there was no perceived benefit to CDMA.

Additionally, there was a perceived negative when considering coverage area.

If I could get service that covered me from India east throughout Asia-Pac (including Aus/NZ) as well as the U.S. and Latin America, I would jump on it. Right now, my perception is that GSM is the only thing that meets the needs of somebody who travels extensively internationally.

Do you have a map of the current CDMA coverage area?
