Nasdaq Short Interest out. Not good for the bullish case.

Basically flat with January but most of the big caps had reductions in the amount of shares short. Short ratio declined from 2.3 to 2.16 Jan to Feb. Looks like traders covered their shorts on the generals in the Nasdaq.

This is not going to help support this market at all. The slide could be very steep on the Nasdaq especially as we get companies to start confessing that their projected growth targets will not be met. Believe the pace of the decline on the Nasdaq will surprise many people.

Just waiting for the first big warning to hit within a week or two. Concerns about Cisco is just the start as I see it.

Trying again to get BRCD under $24, no luck, I 'll have to give it up. GNSS is already under $38...it run to $39.50 or so, but I was not fast enough to take advantage of it, or more likely, other stock wa ahead of me. C'est la vie.

Grub of half thousand, now that counts for something.
