Trying to follow Mort may not be a perfect idea- he can treat stocks as much longer BAH than I can
He got into Ally around $3 (allowing for the split ) and its now $32. Why did he sell ?. Yeah, I know, you gave me a reason.
Hes in Brli between $3 and $4, so $5.80 is not bad.
Hes also in Mss which is not so good, delaying earnings date and recomputing earnings to accomodate losses But overall- hes got tremendous gains
What I cant stand is the dips, where Ally dipped from $20 to $10 after that split. And now Brli dips.
Everything seems to dip.
Looking forward, a LTBH owner will have to be prepared for a 40% dip in out-of-the-way stocks that can experience good gains overall. There is no way I can handle that size dip
I may dump everything but not much left- just Ally, bprx, and geacf
