Sir, I think your calendar is a little bit ahead of the rest of us
it seems, you are referring 'March' as this month
am I wrong, or you are actually referring 'February'

Zeev: Your Feb. 27 statement "... I still have a powerful rally starting late this month at the earliest, possibly early April.". Your "starting late this month..." means March or Feb? It is already the end of Feb. now. Thanks for clarification.

I understand 10Ks must be filed by March 28th, therefore a bottom then with a rally beginning in April makes sense. This follows previous trading patterns as described in the "Stock Traders Almanac".
