Maurice:

Regarding "lack of sticker shock". I think small businesses would like the option too. Give your delivery boy a cell phone so that he can get more efficient. No long distance. Maybe he can call in to the customer that he is just around the corner and the customer should keep the change ready. Would LWIN also manage to steel some of Nextel's customers, construction crews, repair crews, etc? I know push-to-talk is populart, but is it because of its low cost or because construction crews don't like duplex mode.

>As competition mounts, that doesn't seem much of a price difference. I wonder if subscribers won't increasingly prefer to get coverage, even for $3.44 extra per month. >

Maurice:

The $3.44 difference combined with lower cost of marketing makes it a difference of $10/month/subscriber. And my model shows that by the end of 2002, LWIN's CCU will decline further by $10/subscriber/month, making the difference closer to $20/subscriber/month.
