Since you are handing out legal opinions....the above statement is completely false. I am sure that you can find some links on your own where public figures have won libel cases. On your google search, put in "national enquirer".

Wrong again. It seems to be a common thread in many of your posts...

Libel does apply, its only the standard of proof that changes. Statements like your, if posted with actual knowledge of their falsity, qualify as libelous, even with a public figure. But classy people like the Bush's would never bother to pursue such a claim against someone who has an obvious illness like yours. They would pity you, as I do....
