Or maybe he could just be an American working at a Bio Weapons lab and kill a couple million citizens with botulism or anthrax. You postulate an obvious no brainer. Saddam is worried more about when and how we are going to kill him than nuking your sorry butt. Why don't you just understand that the world is full of killers and more of them are right here in the US than most places and you cannot just take out countries to cover your sorry butt.
