I'm long MRK, and F for position trades based on this same principle... I may be wrong but, judging from the charts, I think you're going to be holding them for a good while. MRK broke through support with wide spread heavy volume but rallied back through support with lower volume. This makes 60 a critical number to hold for support. F had rallied up to it's 20 MA on low volume after breaking support on heavy volume and backed off making 15 +/- a critical support. A positive news event would help. Dominick
