I agree, but tech looks like a bear flag off the lows, should want lower.

And there is an 'uninverted' H&S possibly forming on the DOW

probably not the best practice to try to draw bullish formations in a down trend unless you've had some sort of basing pattern at a support,

The bigger trend is down

better off looking for measurable bearish patterns at major resistance and bullish patterns at supports after consolidation...not bounces... until the trend changes.
