The failure of the first mass migration is due to the fact that the hosting countries farmed out the menial jobs for the new comers. As a result only the 'bottom of the barrel' arrived. Less schooling. Irrational outlook. Strong religion and such Maurician deplored qualities in people. That's not the way it should be done. It should be like the Green Card. Educated that can hit the deck running. Modern outlook. Get good jobs and pay those almost 50% the governments want. That is! Now the babyboomers are greying and are very vociferous. They are a huge electoral corrals for the governments. Once they become senile it will be easier for governments to do what should be done. It is just a matter of time.
