MNP has had absolutely no dilution in the last several years and still has a decent cash reserve of over a million. The stock has been liquidated, and the stakeholder profile completely reshuffled, somewhat typical of most junior fallen angels since 1997.

There has been no dilution on MNP since 2000.

In Fiscal 2000 (ending Octber 2000) They issued 18M shares. 10M shares were for property acquisition (25% of Mt Kare from Carpenter) in late 1999, and a 8M share financing in February 2000. Beside that, maybe 500,000 shares were issueed in lieu of salaries over the past two years.
