March 8-10 is the second anniversary of the Dow 2000 point decline bottom and the Nasdaq 2500 point rally top. One market in distribution. One market in accumulation. Consumer credit-driven economy looks cheap on peak earnings. Industrial demand-driven economy looks expensive on overcapacity and perhaps trough demand.
