CF was on the Charlie Rose show last night. She had an excellent merger sales pitch. Part of it was getting a good buy on CPQ. I still think HWP is getting too good a deal. CPQ is worth more then .6325 shares of HWP.

At least there will not be any chads on the ballots, and the Supreme Court will not have to take sides, and none of the contestants have any ties to Enron........
