First, I don't have kids. Which is somewhat irrelevant to your comment. I would think some evidence would be required before a step like that could be taken. Probably a court order. As far as Social Workers questions, I suspect a refusal to answer just might get that court order granted. OTOH, giving them good answers should stop it. But in the Waco case, as I recall, the Feds knew that the child abuse charges had been investigated by local authorities and no basis for action had been found. And yet the Feds still advanced the abuse claim, and used it as part of the justification for the attack on the compound. That I consider a problem.
