Based on the chart you posted, it looks like resistance at 10,300 and 10,500. We seem to be having a tough time to get through the first resistance level even on an intra day basis. I guess I remain somewhat skeptical that the dow is on its way up in the very near term. But, I guess that's what makes a market, differing opinions.
