If you want food value out of our hybrid flours you won't get it. You should eat old world wheats, and add vegetables, farina, and wheat germ like the Europeans do, to get rotenbrot and that variety of breads. About all our breads are good for is holding sandwiches together of pesticide and hormone laced, resistant bacteria infected and antibiotic infested luncheon meats. Sprinkle on some anti-cancer medication and you are all set for a healthy meal.

Hybrid corns and wheats have little food value. Our higher yeilds don't mean much as you have to eat twice as many calories to get required nutrients. The result with a sedentary lifestyle is obesity, cancer and heart disease.

Spelt flour, maize and moderate wild meat would be much better for you. If you can avoid cooking it over an open fire and getting lung cancer you would last longer eating a primitive diet, of occasional wild meat, maize, the odd grown vegetable with wheat grain ground and separated by hand, and in season buts and berries. Fibre, vitamins, and reduced pollutants would overcome the effect of reduced amount of calories and occasional want.
