I think the published stories about Mr. Glass are just guesses and have no idea of the facts. When the truth comes out, I'm sure it will a positive for him and an opportunity for Icahn. I believe Glass is working on creating value for all shareholders. I don't want him to take a deal prematurely and then have it come to haunt us.

How do I get one of those arbitration thingies? They seem to pay pretty well.

I would have preferred a lawsuit.
