Agreed on all points. Next issue is speed of recovery, particularly of corporate profits. Then, of course, investors have to get over the current fear, paranoia and anger. That might take a while.

Unemployment in Oregon then Washington are the worst in the nation. So, you stay in Hawaii where the trade winds are so good... and no one is ever in a rush.
