they also know if they don't do it we will be heading for disaster further out.
But if the country can't take the pain of such an action now it will be feeling a much more massive pain later.
But i agree they could be that bonehead stupid and NOT raise rates so the Boomers(who control the vote) can keeep sucking on their pacifier and ram it up the butt of the generation to follow them and the elderly that precede them.Max
