I've heard that too but I'm not man enough to consume them. Liver is another meat I have trouble with. In fact I pretty much a consumer of bird anymore.

Did you ever see the episode of the Today show when Jane Pauley and Bryant Gumbel were on the road in Denver? They had a table set with local "specialities," including Rocky Mountain Oysters.

Bryant tried to get Jane to eat one, and she got this look on her face that started out as horror, then shifted to nausea. Camera did a quick cutaway, and I had this image of her ralphing right then and there.

It was hysterical.
