Optibase Files Suit Against Merrill Lynch and Its Asset Management Unit
HERZLIYA, Israel, Feb 19, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Optibase, Ltd. (Nasdaq: OBAS chart, msgs) has initiated legal proceedings against Merrill Lynch and its asset management unit with respect to losses estimated at $2 million that were incurred on an investment managed by Merrill Lynch and its Asset Management Unit. These losses were already recognized in Optibase's year end results. The arbitration claim with the New York Stock Exchange was filed during the second week of February 2002.

Wonder how many of these types of lawsuits we'll see ?
