<So can we expect Qualcomm to start paying a dividend when it reaches a more mature stage like Microsoft? <g> >

Well, for years I've claimed that QUALCOMM will be as big as Microsoft, Intel and IBM combined, because they made the chips, the networks, the software AND the phones. Mobile cyberspace will attract a LOT more money than boring old fixed IBM/MSFT/Intel "one on every desk". But I've had to reduce that expectation since QUALCOMM gave up on the infrastructure and handsets. Now they are down to Intel and Microsoft combined, which is still quite good. I'll be happy if they exceed that market capitalisation without too many more shares being issued to other people, even if they never do pay dividends.

I'd like some problems like that.
