It would be pretty bullish if ndx could break that downtrend with all the negative fundamentals in tech at the moment. But let the charts be your guide. Be water my friend.

So far that NDX falling wedge break playing out quite well.

Do you get the feeling the reason tech was so weak in Feb was that a lot of mutual funds like Janus were capitulating and rotating funds into Dow stocks?
