BTW:

You know what I think is parasitic? Oregon PERS. Oregon employees' don't have to contribute to their pensions. Their share as well as the state's share is paid by the state, i.e., taxpayers. (16% added to their salary, with a guaranteed return, miraculously, regardless of how the market performs.)

Very rarely... basic programs like unemployment and disability are necessary and appropriate - with strict standards and limits.

Stricter than they are currently.
