I posted exactly that point yesterday, though I also said the middle class pays either way...

All corporate taxes are paid by the consumer of a corporation's goods or services. Corporate taxes are actually nothing but disguised sales taxes. As the middle class consumes the vast majority of all goods and services corporate taxes are mostly paid by the middle class. Every dime of tax (corporate income, property, FICA, whatever) that Ford or GE pays to any government unit is included in the price of the car, stove, jet engine etc. that Ford or GE or any other business sells. It is just another cost of doing business, like buying steel or tires or the electricity to run the factory or the workers to do the work. It all gets included in the price or the business goes bankrupt.
