IDTI +0.91 at 26.48 16:44 ET Novellus (NVLS) 42.59 -0.23: -- Update -- On call, company says its bookings are improving in the US and Asia, but not Japan....Q1 bookings should be $130-$150 mln, this compares to the $130 mln estimate mentioned on January 22...Q1 shipments should be $134 mln....stock at 43.10.
