Er, I thought the point about executive privilege was that it only and specifically covered the President - not his office, or officials, appointees, just him. OK, it's arguable whether Bush legitimately holds that title <g> but it surely is not Cheney. And he knows that.

I'm not sure there is anything in the records and if there isn't and that comes out, think how foolish the pinheads will look.
