re: MNP... It's better than financing @ C$.05. <g> C$.10 seems to be where the price has settled and since the PP is @ C$.10 also, it doesn't seem so bad. Using the basic number of shares outstanding from their website... madison-enterprises.com ...this constitutes an 18% dilution.

I should have just taken the PP with warrants instead of buying all that 10 cent stuff with no warrants. If they were BSing you when you phoned, you should give them a piece of your mind or whatever. stockhouse.com.
