I can't tell what fair value is for GNSS. If they are guiding way down in the September quarter from what analysts thought, are or will they be guiding even further down in 2003 because of the huge tax hike and the mess created with the acquisition of Sage? Who knows? They were supposed to earn something like $1.79 eps in FY03 and now it looks like 1/3 to 1/2 that. I would really be pissed off if I were a shareholder in the stock. I suppose we'll see a class action suit for sure.
