So then you are pro choice on birth control and pro choice on prayers (ie no prescribed praying) and pro separation if church and state?

I've become less rigid on school vouchers. I really don't care one way or the other anymore. The concept of vouchers probably will receive the endorsement of the Scalia Five, and there will be some interest initially from various municipalities/states to enact voucher programs. But then what? Are vouchers going to "save" countless thousands of inner-city youth who are imprisoned by the public education system? Hardly. (I've got news for you; this is a societal problem, not an education problem.)

I am a product of religious schools K-12. I remember back in the '50s my elementary school had the option to apply for federal funds for milk or some such. The school board said no. It wanted to remain separate from any form of government intrusion.

Once these religious schools (Muslim, Hindu, Jewish, Lutheran, Catholic, fundamentalist) start accepting government money, then they've opened up a direct pipeline to the U.S. Department of Education and the bureaucrats in D.C. that you and the other conservatives so much despise.

Be very careful of what you wish for.
