If the parents are actually handing the money over they will have more interest. Of course they will have to be more interested in the first place to seek out other education.

I agree with you...and not a dime more spent on the public school system will change it any.....Yet, that is all we hear from the liberal left is we got to spend more on education....I am disappointed in Bush spending more (kennedy appeasement).
