YEs I saw the debate. Wouldn't we all like to buy INTC at less than 20. I thought he said in the 20's. Well who cares he will have a new opinion in a couple of months. I hope this phone bill goes through as that will be proactive in ending the constipation in the last mile. When that hurdle is overcome ( and it is purely due to reregulation) bandwidth processing and hence 2 ghhz cpu's will be important. On the other hand corps. are already backed up to T1/T3 fibroptic lines and should be upgrading fairly soon. The prices of the hardware are right at the present. JFD
